Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.



We're seeking a dynamic Digital Partner Engagement Manager to drive revenue growth across our transactional (PEST, PVOD, EST, and VOD) business with European 1P and 3P platform partners. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with hands-on execution to maximize the performance of new releases and catalogue content through innovative promotional campaigns and platform partnerships.



Key job responsibilities

Partner Management:

Lead relationships with a number of European 1P (Amazon) and 3P platform partners' marketing and editorial teams Pitch and execute new title launches and promotional campaigns to optimize home entertainment windows post-theatrical release Maximise partner storefront presence for new releases Execute cross-functional marketing strategies and tactics across all transactional windows Manage periodic business reviews and post-release analysis

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

Collaborate with data teams to analyse marketing/promotion tactics to drive business growth Create comprehensive launch documents and performance recaps Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and consumer research Provide territory-specific strategic recommendations

Cross-Functional collaboration:

Work with Theatrical Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams Support library initiatives across Amazon MGM Studios Participate in trade and industry events Create and maintain project tracking tools and presentations


About the team

Amazon MGM Studios Distribution: AMSD is responsible for licensing and marketing content from Amazon Studios and the iconic MGM library. This includes beloved franchises like James Bond, Rocky, Creed, and acclaimed series such as The Handmaid's Tale, Vikings, and Fargo.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in partner engagement / account management / customer marketing within entertainment.

Proven track record working with European TVOD/EST platforms.

Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms and models.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iTunes Connect, Amazon Central.

German language proficiency preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills.
