What you will be doing as our

Partner Experience Manager

:

Champion Critical Escalations

: Swiftly coordinate and resolve top tier partner issues to protect relationships and reduce churn risk

Proactive Partner Support

: Deliver high impact, value added reporting and insights that empower top tier partners to succeed

Decode The Voice Of the Partner

: Continuously analyse feedback and engagement data to uncover trends, highlight wins, and surface opportunities for an exceptional partner experience

Spot And Seize Improvement Opportunities

: Leverage reports and dashboards to identify actionable enhancements across the partner journey

Power Insight Driven Decisions

: Build and maintain strong data pipelines and dynamic dashboards that bring the partner experience to life

Fuel Your Own Growth

: Take charge of your development through our in house Elev8 learning platform, Pax8 L&D programs, LinkedIn Learning, coaching, stretch assignments, and hands on learning

Salary and benefits

Salary: 32,000 - 40,000
