Job Summary:

We are working with a highly regarded Family Law team on the South Coast to recruit an experienced Family Partner. This team is known for its collaborative approach, combining expertise in divorce, financial settlements, mediation, and child law to deliver constructive solutions for clients.

What you'll be doing:

Handle a diverse caseload involving financial remedy, private children matters, and ideally TOLATA claims. Navigate complex technical and factual issues with confidence and sound judgement. Play an active role in business development, promoting the team's services and generating new opportunities. Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a positive and open team culture. Engage in alternative dispute resolution, with existing mediation training or a willingness to train as a mediator.

About you:

Experienced Family Lawyer at Partner level, with a strong track record in financial remedy and children work. Skilled in managing demanding caseloads and resolving complex disputes. Commercially minded, with enthusiasm for networking and business development. Passionate about team collaboration and supporting the growth of junior lawyers. Ideally trained in mediation or another ADR method, or keen to develop this expertise.

Pay: 60,000.00-80,000.00 per year
