Join our high-impact Go-To-Market Team as a Partner Manager, where you'll play a key role in accelerating Everseen's revenue by driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Reporting to the CRO, you'll collaborate closely with Everseen's Marketing, Product, and Operations (Customer Delivery) teams globally to grow strategic partnerships, recruit new high-value partners, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
You'll work with cutting edge solutions and teams who are at the forefront of the development in the Vision AI space.

What you'll do
Develop an understanding and process for our current partnership eco-system and how Everseen engages with our partners.
Develop and execute joint go to market strategies that serve Everseen's strategic goals and drive mutual growth.
Identify, recruit and onboard new strategic partners aligned with our solution offering.
Define and execute partner enablement programs, including training, certifications and co-marketing activities.
Collaborate with the CRO and Go-To-Market team to align partner activities with overall revenue growth and ensure partner solutions enhance customer outcomes. Support the revenue team with partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
Have a consistent customer centered approach and act as a liaison between partners and customers to ensure seamless solution delivery and support.
Partner with product, engineering and delivery (operations) teams to align partner capabilities with product roadmap and innovation.
Work closely with the marketing team to amplify partner success stories and joint value propositions.

Profile and Skills
10+ years of experience in business development or channel sales with 5 years specifically in a partner management role in a business to business Saas or Cloud/Edge environment.
Knowledge of and interest in AI and its use in retail. A keen interest in Everseen's solutions and a technical acumen to understand the features and functions that we offer. Knowledge and experience of the retail market.
Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems globally.
A true passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience. Demonstrated success in delivering partner value across a complex matrix organization.
Experience of developing complex stakeholder relationships and communicating and working with customers at a technical level.
Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers' culture, needs and required outcomes.
Experience of forecasting and tracking partner metrics in a close knit revenue team. A drive to meet and exceed targets and goals. A data driven approach is essential for this role.
Strong verbal and communication skills, Everseen's business language is English.
There is an expectation of travel with this role including travel to meet with clients and to work with the Everseen team.
