We are seeking a commercially minded and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimise joint marketing programmes with our strategic technology and channel partners. You will be responsible for building strong partner relationships, creating co-marketing plans, managing MDF (Market Development Funds), and delivering measurable demand generation and brand awareness results through the partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary marketing liaison for assigned partners, building strong relationships to drive joint business objectives.
Co-Marketing Planning: Develop and execute partner marketing plans that align with both companies' go-to-market strategies.
Campaign Execution: Design and run joint demand generation campaigns, webinars, events, and digital programmes to generate qualified leads.
Content & Assets: Create and adapt sales enablement materials, case studies, solution briefs, and campaign assets for partner use.
MDF & Budget Management: Manage partner marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure compliance with MDF guidelines.
Event Support: Plan and deliver partner participation at trade shows, partner conferences, and customer events.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and partner account managers to ensure alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliances within the technology sector (B2B software, SaaS, IT services, or related).
