We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Partner Operations Specialist

to support our global Partnerships and Alliances function. This is a varied and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our partner ecosystem, providing operational, marketing and administrative support to ensure our strategic partnerships run smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Be Doing




Partner Marketing Support

Support partner marketing campaigns, including digital activity, events and proposition development, with a focus on measurable outcomes Maintain and update partner marketing assets such as case studies, capability summaries, client stories and sales collateral Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for internal and external partner meetings Coordinate with creative, commercial and marketing communications teams to support partner announcements and updates

Partner Operations & Onboarding

Support end-to-end partner onboarding by coordinating documentation and touchpoints across marketing, alliances, sales, legal and finance teams Maintain partner trackers, onboarding checklists and operational documentation to ensure a consistent and structured approach Manage and update partner scorecards, capability listings and process guides Assist alliance managers with data gathering, document preparation and progress tracking for key partners

Leadership & Administrative Support

Provide administrative and organisational support to senior stakeholders, including diary management, meeting coordination and logistics Prepare agendas, capture actions and follow up on partner-related meetings Develop briefing packs, talking points and materials for leadership meetings Support the coordination of partner workshops, internal sessions and roadshows

Engagement & Internal Coordination

Support internal communications related to partner programmes and partner marketing activity Work with teams across the business to ensure partner information and materials are aligned, accurate and accessible


Qualifications

Experience & Background



Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline Experience in marketing, operations, coordination or administrative roles, ideally within a commercial or partner-led environment Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and managing structured processes

Skills & Attributes

Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to produce polished written materials Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Interest in partnerships, ecosystems, marketing execution and operational excellence

Technical Skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow structured processes Excellent written English
