About Us:

Terra Verde Services Ltd. (TVS) is a wholly owned company of Epping Forest District Council, responsible for its waste collection and street cleaning services. Having operated successfully for over six months, we are now looking to expand our support team and recruit a part-time Finance/Payroll Officer.

Role
Overview: As a Finance/Payroll Officer, you will be
responsible for:
Monthly payroll processing: Including submissions to the payroll bureau, HMRC, pension and benefits providers. Pay adjustments: Calculations for holiday, sickness, pension, salary sacrifice, and other adjustments. Payroll reporting and reconciliations: Gathering data for recharges and other financial activities. Finance support: Assisting with month-end and year-end finance and accounting activities. Purchase order and invoicing reconciliations. Establishment control

Requirements:

Experience with Xero accounting software for both finance and payroll is advantageous. Previous experience working in an operations depot environment is beneficial.

Hours and
Salary:

24 hours per week, flexibility on working days are available Generous salary of 25,000.
