As a Partner Program Operations Lead, you will play a vital role in managing and improving the behind-the-scenes processes that make our global partner ecosystem thrive. This is a unique opportunity to influence how CDW operationalises partner programs across their full lifecycle--from onboarding and compliance to funding realisation and continuous optimisation.

Role Summary




This role is ideal for someone with experience in operationalising partner funding programs, commercial process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. You will oversee the process management, governance, and documentation of OEM partner programs, helping ensure CDW captures the full commercial benefit of our partnerships. The position involves extensive collaboration with internal teams including Partner Management, Finance, Legal, and external OEM partners across the UK and international markets.



Key Responsibilities



Manage the end-to-end workflows for partner onboarding, program lifecycle, and offboarding. Collaborate with Legal to improve contract templates, timelines, and partner agreement compliance. Oversee partner certifications, documentation, and compliance processes in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain accurate and centralised records of partner programs, funding terms, and program changes. Support Finance with forecasting, reconciliation, and identifying risks in partner investment programs. Administer partner portals and act as the subject matter expert for operational queries. Identify opportunities to enhance program value through commercial insight and process improvement. Help internal stakeholders understand program nuances and support international collaboration efforts.

Rebate, funded head, and MDF investment fully realised Faster partner onboarding and agreement execution Improved partner program renewal rates and participation Reduction in funding gaps and associated risks Improved satisfaction among stakeholders and partners

Required Skills and Experience



Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial analysis or partner operations Experience managing supplier or partner contracts Background in process improvement and governance documentation Strong stakeholder management, ideally within matrix environments Proficient in translating complex commercial frameworks into actionable plans

Desirable Experience and Qualifications



Understanding of partner investment programs (rebates, MDF, funded heads) Experience in IT channel or partner ecosystem environments Business-related degree or equivalent experience Certifications such as Six Sigma or Business Analysis preferred
