Your Role
We're seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager with a proven background in account management and a passion for building strong client relationships. Ideally, you'll also bring a successful sales track record, as you'll play a key role in supporting and helping to grow our sales team.
This role offers clear career progression opportunities into senior account management, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships as our business continues to expand. You'll also actively contribute to revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities, supporting sales pitches, and helping the team excel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
Actively support sales initiatives and help achieve revenue targets
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
What you will need
Proven experience in B2B account management
Strong sales background with measurable results

Salary: 30k-35k + performance incentives + profit share
Hours: 37hrs a week
Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays rising to 30 with service
