Location: Brockworth



Salary: 25,100 Per Annum



Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30

Are you a natural communicator with a flair for problem-solving? Join us as a Partner Support Advisor and become the friendly expert our partners rely on. You'll be on the front line of our Partner Operations Help Desks, offering guidance, support, and technical know-how that keeps things running smoothly. Your knack for building trust and delivering outstanding service will make you a key contributor to the success of Onecom Partners.


What makes you a great fit:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Eager to learn and quick to pick up new systems

Comfortable using computers in a fast-paced setting

Capable of problem-solving with confidence

Technical aptitude or experience in telecoms is a bonus

Able to build rapport and support partners with empathy and professionalism



Key responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong partner relationships through daily interactions

Provide technical support across Data connectivity, VoIP, and Mobile telephony

Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone

Troubleshoot issues and escalate where necessary

Represent the Partner Operations Help Desks with confidence and care

Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment
