This is a full time post however job-shares would be considered.
This post involves a systematic approach to sourcing and quality assurance of school placements for trainee teachers in partnership schools. The role requires the successful candidate to work as part of a dedicated team and making effective and efficient use of management information systems to monitor, track and accurately report trainee progression and outcomes. The post holder will work with a variety of stakeholders including students and staff within the university and with school-based teachers and leaders across our wide network of schools.
The post holder will have the following skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work proactively, independently and as part of a team
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to give attention to detail and to aim for a high level of accuracy
Experience of within relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance criteria
