The Partnership Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding our brand presence and increasing lead volumes across all group brands. This is a highly relationship driven role, with a focus on forging new strategic partnerships and high value introducers. You will be expected to manage and develop introducer channels, along with developing and nurturing existing partnerships.
Core Objectives:
Increase the volume of Secured loan, Mortgage and protection business placed through Your Mortgage People by growing our partnerships portfolio.
Meet and exceed business development targets, contributing to the continued expansion and success of the network.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage with potential, high-quality firms to partner with the Your Mortgage People propositions.
Conduct initial conversations and pre assessments with potential firms to determine suitability and alignment with our values and compliance expectations.
Provide end to end support for new partners through the application and authorisation process.
Build and maintain long term, value driven relationships with partnership firms to ensure they are fully informed of our services, tools and ongoing support.
Deliver targeted marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns as directed by the Sales Director.
Uncover and pursue strategic business development opportunities to drive national sales growth.
Produce timely and insightful reports summarising key activity, progress against KPIs, and outcomes.
Take on additional projects or responsibilities as delegated by the line manager to support broader business goals.
Uphold and demonstrate the highest standards of professional conduct in line with FCA Consumer Duty requirements, ensuring consistently positive customer outcomes.
