An opportunity has arisen for a Partnership Engagement Officer to join North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership\'s Strategic Planning Team. The focus of the role will be on developing and embedding engagement practices across HSCP services, ensuring the voices of service users, local people and stakeholders are heard and used to improve local services. The role will involve working alongside various teams across the HSCP, providing ongoing support with engagement. In addition the post-holder will help develop meaningful pathways for service users, local people and communities to participate in health and social care conversations. Part of the role will be to improve how we inform our communities about pathways to services and community support to ensure that people are informed about being able to access the appropriate support. The post-holder should have experience of engaging with stakeholders, facilitating meaningful discussions, and feel confident in building relationships with people to enable them to have meaningful into services.
