Our primary customer base is Local Authorities, and we provide support for over 100 Local Authorities, with this number growing. Our products are tailored to meet each Authority's needs, and our Project Team works alongside our in-house Software Development Team to deliver time-critical services.
About the Role:
As a Partnership Lead at Ascendant Solutions Limited, you will develop and implement partnership strategies to support organisational goals. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners while identifying new opportunities for collaboration. Your responsibilities will also include providing exceptional customer service to partners, collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research, and preparing reports and presentations on partnership performance. This role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement partnership strategies to support organisational goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners while identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Provide exceptional customer service to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of partnership goals with overall organisational objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnership growth.
Prepare reports and presentations on partnership performance for Directors.
Any other duties commensurate with salary level.
Requirements:
Proven experience in relationship management.
Strong background with a track record of successful partnerships.
Familiarity with software tools such as Microsoft 365.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
DBS (Basic Check) must be completed prior to employment.
B or equivalent grade in English Language.
