Darwin Group is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Marketing Manager to strengthen and grow relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare sector. This role will focus on creating and delivering engaging initiatives that connect people, gather insight, and champion our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare environments.
You'll be responsible for planning and executing stakeholder engagement activities--ranging from targeted events to collaborative forums--designed to foster stronger connections and inform our future direction. You'll also lead the development of new channels for advocacy, ensuring our partners' voices are heard and their needs understood.
Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, and operational teams, you will craft compelling messages, shape memorable experiences, and create opportunities for collaboration that ultimately support our growth.

What are we looking for?
Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging stakeholder initiatives--including targeted events, interactive sessions, and collaborative forums--that build strong, lasting relationships.
Work closely with the sales and operational teams to create supporting materials and engagement tools that enable effective conversations and follow-up.
Deliver multi-channel marketing activity (including events, content, and digital touchpoints) that consistently reflects our brand and values.
Maintain an active awareness of the healthcare sector, identifying trends and opportunities to strengthen our positioning.
Manage stakeholder data and engagement activity within our CRM, ensuring accurate records, effective segmentation, and timely follow-up.
Produce regular updates on engagement activities and outcomes for senior stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all customer-facing channels present a clear, consistent picture of our brand, services, and commitment to quality.
Manage budgets for engagement activity, optimising spend to maximise impact.
Act as a guardian of the Darwin Group brand, ensuring visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging are upheld in all communications.
Support the Director of Strategy and Transformation, as well as the wider senior leadership team, with strategic marketing projects.
Desired Experience:
3+ years' experience in partnerships marketing, stakeholder engagement, or events management in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Proven experience working within the healthcare sector, with a solid understanding of NHS priorities, structures, and decision-making processes.
Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare trends, challenges, and stakeholder needs.
Proven track record of planning and delivering high-quality engagement activities from concept to evaluation.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Proficient in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools to manage and track engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Creative problem-solver with a commercial mindset and the ability to work independently.
Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
