About the role:




As a

Partnership Sales Manager

, you will play a key role in expanding InPost's partner network and driving revenue through strategic ecosystem partnerships.

You'll identify, engage, and grow relationships with technology and logistics partners that integrate or collaborate with InPost's solutions -- enabling merchants and retailers to adopt our delivery services seamlessly.



This is a commercial role that combines business development, relationship management, and technical understanding. You'll be at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and product enablement, helping to position InPost as the preferred last-mile solution across the e-commerce landscape.

What you'll be doing:



Partnership Development



Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across 3PLs, WMS, e-commerce, and shipping platform categories.

Support integration discussions, ensuring partners understand and can promote InPost's services to their customer base.

Build business cases and co-marketing opportunities that drive mutual growth.

Sales & Growth Enablement



Work with the commercial team to develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos that showcase InPost's value proposition.

Monitor and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution.

Relationship Management



Nurture long-term relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted point of contact.

Collaborate on joint sales initiatives, training, and enablement for partner sales teams.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and integration opportunities.

Insight & Collaboration



Share partner and market insights with internal stakeholders to inform commercial and product strategy.

Represent InPost at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.

Continuously explore new ecosystem opportunities to expand InPost's reach and influence.


What we need from you:




We're looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We're looking for people with drive and natural curiosity - who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.



Experienced in

partnership sales, channel development and B2B business development

, in logistics or e-commerce tech. Successful track record of successfully engaging with C-Level clients and stakeholders. Proven track record of building and managing partner relationships that drive measurable results. Strong understanding of the

e-commerce, fulfilment, and logistics technology ecosystem

(3PLs, WMS, shipping APIs, e-commerce platforms). Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence both commercial and technical audiences. Entrepreneurial mindset -- proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Data-driven approach to sales and performance tracking (experience with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred).
