The Role: Partnership Tax Manager / Associate Director



This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the tax affairs of partnership clients and their individual partners, working on a mix of compliance and advisory projects. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and play a vital role in shaping the firm's tax strategy and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver tax services to a portfolio of partnership clients and their partners Manage client relationships, oversee tax compliance, and provide high-quality tax advice Supervise and review the work of junior team members Manage WIP, billing, and internal workflow for your portfolio Support tax consulting and marketing initiatives within the firm Identify tax planning opportunities and advise clients on key issues Provide internal technical support to the wider team and leadership

About You:



We're looking for someone who is both technically strong and commercially astute, with a passion for client service and team development.

Ideal Background:



CTA qualified with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience Strong experience with Owner Managed Businesses (OMBs), particularly partnerships Familiarity with wider tax issues relevant to OMBs and private clients Proven expertise in managing a client portfolio across compliance and advisory work Comfortable supporting marketing efforts (e.g., drafting articles, identifying opportunities) Experienced in managing teams, including recruitment and staff development Technically confident with excellent IT skills (ideally Digita)
