We are currently seeking a skilled

Partnerships Business Development Manager (BDM)

to join our growing team in Corby.

Salary:

40,000 base with OTE up to 50,000

Job Details

As a Partnerships BDM, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and enhancing relationships with potential partners and clients.

Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to enhance the company's reach and capabilities. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospective partner organizations. Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create joint value propositions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify areas for partnership potential. Meet and exceed business development targets based on partnership growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or partnership management, preferably within the energy sector or a related field. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and partnership dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and analyze market trends and data. Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
