Bloomsbury Football is a registered charity using the power of football to change the game for young people. Through our programmes, we provide access to high-quality football to thousands of children across London every week.



We're scaling faster than any other sport-for-good charity in the UK, building a sustainable model that blends charitable fundraising with revenue-generating football programmes. Our goal is to ensure that every child can experience the transformative power of the game, and we're on track to impact over 20,000 young people by 2028.

About the Role





The Partnerships Lead will play a key role in growing Bloomsbury Football's partnerships income stream in line with our 2028 goals, working closely with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager and Director of Fundraising.



Corporate partnerships currently generate

1 million

of our

3.5 million

annual fundraised income -- a 600,000 increase year-on-year -- reflecting the huge potential in this area.



The postholder will be a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder, delivering exceptional account management while actively securing new partnerships. They will steward a diverse portfolio of partners, from global brands to fast-growth businesses, ensuring outstanding service, strategic alignment, and inspiring opportunities.



They will also support key external meetings alongside the Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager and Director of Fundraising, with the view to taking ownership of their own portfolio over time. The Partnerships Lead will also collaborate with our Digital team to embed

AI-driven tools that enhance prospect research, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



Corporate Partnerships




Support the identification, development, and securing of new corporate partnerships aligned with Bloomsbury's mission and values.

Account Management




Deliver outstanding stewardship of existing partners to maximise engagement and renewals.

Proposals & Pitches




Support the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, events, and activations for prospective and existing partners. Coordinate internal input to ensure proposals are accurate, inspiring, and impactful.

Monitoring & Reporting




Maintain accurate records of partner activity and income using the CRM system. Support the preparation of reports, updates, and communications that demonstrate impact and value.

Cross-team Collaboration




Work closely with colleagues across Marketing and Programmes to support events, day-to-day operations, and shared priorities.



Person Specification





Essential Criteria




Up to 2 years' professional experience, ideally in partnerships, fundraising, sales, project, or account management, with proven relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality materials at pace. Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and time management. Collaborative team player who values feedback, learning, and continuous improvement. Digitally confident, with experience using Microsoft Office and communication platforms. Excellent academic record Eligible to work in the UK (Bloomsbury Football does not sponsor visas).

Desirable Criteria




Experience supporting events, campaigns, or project delivery. * Interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR), charitable partnerships, or the sports sector.
