At Caterly, we don't just manage food --- we create unforgettable food and drink experiences. From vibrant street food takeovers and artisan markets to corporate away days and wedding feasts, we're the people behind the scenes making magic happen --- without ever touching a plate ourselves.
We're not a catering company. We're a catering consultancy that solves complex catering needs for companies and couples who care about experiences, not just menus.
If you've ever sat at an event and thought, "This is cool, but it could've been better," we've probably already had the same thought, and fixed it at our next event. That's just how we roll.
WHY JOIN US
At Caterly, we do things differently. We believe unforgettable events come from teams who care --- not just about the food, but about each other, the people we serve, and the ripple effects of every great experience.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a brilliant
Partnerships Manager
to help us grow our network, expand our impact, and build long-term, value-aligned partnerships across both corporate and wedding markets.
This isn't a 'salesy' role --- but it is about connection, strategy, and storytelling. You'll build strong relationships with venues, event planners, event agencies, caterers, and in-house corporate event teams. You'll get under the skin of what they actually need, and help them see that Caterly is the perfect fit --- not because we talk loud, but because we listen well and care deeply.
You'll love this role if:
You spot opportunitiesbefore others do --- and take action without waiting to be asked.
You bring energyinto every room, virtual or not.
You know how to build trust quickly--- and you back it up with solid follow-through.
You understand that commercial growth and doing the right thing aren't opposites*.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This role will evolve --- but expect your week to include:
Proactively identifying and building new partnerships on the phone/Teams/Zoom (with venues, agencies, planners, and corporate clients)
Attending face-to-face meetings with new partners
Running outreach campaigns with warmth and clarity --- no hard selling, just smart alignment
Producing quote responses, developing partnership decks and proposals, sending out contracts, gathering post-event data
Regularly speaking with suppliers
Collaborating with our Partnerships team
Keeping our CRM tidy, our pipeline strong, and our opportunities progressing
Occasionally showing up on-site to wow clients and partners with your presence and calm under pressure
Occasionally attending exhibitions and presenting
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't hire CVs. We hire character, clarity, and consistency.
You might come from a partnerships, business development, or client services role -- ideally in events, hospitality, or agency land. But titles matter less to us than the way you show up.
Here's what we do care about:
You've got
2-5 years' experience
building and growing commercial relationships
You're
a natural connector
--- warm, emotionally intelligent, and commercially smart
You write and speak with
clarity, confidence, and purpose
You've got a
track record of getting results
--- and you do what you say you'll do
You're
organised and on it
--- your pipeline's never a mystery, and your follow-ups never slip
You understand that
energy is contagious
--- and you take responsibility for the kind you bring
You don't need micromanaging --- you ask great questions, make things happen, and own your outcomes
You think
in solutions, not problems
, and you're quick to see what's possible
Bonus points if:
You know your way around the UK events or wedding industry
You bring an existing network of venues, planners, or agencies with you
THE CATERLY VIBE

You think in solutions, not problems
You don't wait to be told what to do --- but you alwayslisten
You thrive when trusted, and know when to ask for help
You believe energy is contagious*, and you take responsibility for the kind you bring You want to enjoy your work and your life--- not pick one

Midlands
. So being
Midlands-based (or willing to relocate)
is crucial.
This role won't suit someone who wants to stay behind a screen 5 days a week. We're building a business that thrives on energy, culture, and being together --- and we believe magic happens when great people share the same space.
Until the office opens, we'll continue to meet regularly for monthly or bi-monthly in-person team days, get-togethers, and socials --- and once the office is live, we expect our Partnerships Manager to be in at least 3 days a week.
If you love being around smart, energised people and making things happen face-to-face, you'll feel right at home.
