Job Description

You'll take the lead on building and nurturing strategic partnerships and relationships (think race organisers, podcasts, sporting goods brands, YouTube channels) that help us get our products into the hands (and bottles) of athletes around the world. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with a healthy mix of strategy and execution.

We're growing fast, which means things move quickly around here. Our roles will evolve over time, and while the key responsibilities are outlined below, there may be changes as we grow. We're looking for someone who's up for that kind of pace and flexibility-someone who's keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

What you'll do



Own and grow our partnerships strategy - you'll help define what good looks like and where we focus are energy Be the go-to person for key prospective and existing partners - owning and nurturing those relationships Spot new partnership opportunities and go after them, keeping our brand goals and audience front of mind Take a lead in the negotiation of partnership agreements - from terms and deliverables to product and financial support Partner with the wider team to get the best results from every partnership Make sure everyone across the PF&H team knows what's been promised, when it's due, and who needs to deliver - ensure we hold up our end of the deal, every time Present feedback on how our partnerships are performing and use that data to inform the partnership strategy moving forwards Provide direction and support to the Partnerships Specialist Strategise with our Creative team to uncover content opportunities Seize opportunities to elevate our brand presence through activations, collaborations and campaigns Represent PF&H at key events-from expos and races to launches and meetups

What We're Looking For



Extensive experience managing strategic partnerships and relationships - ideally touching active lifestyle brands and/or sports nutrition A background in sport and a genuine passion for the communities we support Exceptional communicator - with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships A proactive mindset with the ability to spot gaps and seek out opportunities Proficient with contract negotiations and the ability to navigate technical contracts and agreements A natural problem-solver with a creative mind when things get hectic Seriously organised, with a sharp eye for detail The ability to travel (often internationally) and work outside regular office hours during events

Nice to Have



Being a keen athlete or a fan of endurance sports would also be helpful (as you'll already understand our audience) but not strictly mandatory.

Other Info



Our HQ is just outside Christchurch (BH23 7DX) on the south coast. We'd love for you to be onsite at least four days a week, it's where a lot of the magic happens!
