The Role
Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with our partners, whilst proactively identifying and managing new opportunities with those partners.
An ability to understand complex problems and communicate the solutions they require in a clear, concise and persuasive manner is essential.
The partnerships manager is expected to have a holistic understanding of the partners they work with and be able to navigate the structures of those organisations fluidly.
The role requires an ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally running the day to day whilst also spearheading new projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships within assigned partners
Ad-hoc support to the wider business on commercial partner management
Grow the breadth of our relationship with the partnerships you manage
Manage and plan regular workshops with partners
Keep an up to date knowledge of the payments and fraud industry
Proactively seek out growth opportunities
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of partnership or account management experience
Highly skilled communicator
Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written
Great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
Proactive with the drive to manage your own workload and diary
Strong analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Experience in proactively growing client relationships within an account
Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing deals
Proven ability to influence others and lead client engagements
Proven experience in growing enterprise sized client accounts
Nice to haves
Fraud, payments, cloud computing, API or data science knowledge
Experience in working with B2C Companies, Startups (Pre/Post IPO), Scale Ups
