Aston Martin Formula One Team is seeking a highly organised and proactive Partnership Operations Manager to lead the delivery of key partner assets and experiences. From managing our iconic Replica Car Programme to overseeing Track Day events and supporting F1 Academy branding, this role is central to ensuring our partners receive world-class service and unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Replica Car Programme: Oversee global logistics, fleet scheduling, branding, and partner alignment
Track Day Programme: Lead the USA programme and collaborate with Aston Martin Lagonda on UK events
F1 Academy: Manage branding across all assets, ensuring consistency and compliance
Project Management: Support high-profile events such as pre-season shoots, PR days, and commercial activations
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and external suppliers to deliver excellence
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain, within motorsport or events
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering premium experiences
Budget management experience and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A valid UK driving licence
