Are you a strategic and results-driven professional passionate about the power of partnerships? We're seeking a Partnerships Production Manager to lead the successful execution of critical partnership activations within our projects.


This pivotal role focuses on the entire partnership lifecycle, from strategic planning and coordination to creative production, delivery, and ongoing relationship management. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, impactful deliverables that maximize client satisfaction and contribute directly to our organizational growth.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a Partnerships Production Manager who combines strong commercial acumen with production expertise. The ideal candidate will bring:


Agency or brand-side production knowledge, with a clear understanding of how to translate creative concepts into seamless live activations. Budget management skills, with proven experience in scoping, tracking, and delivering projects within financial parameters. A track record of successfully leading partnership activations and brand experiences across multiple, large scale live events. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain excellent relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. The capability to balance strategic oversight with operational delivery, ensuring activations are delivered to the highest standard. A solutions focused mindset, able to anticipate challenges and keep projects on course.

Desirable:

Experience gained in a creative, media, or experiential agency environment Understanding of sponsorship evaluation and ROI reporting Knowledge of current trends in brand activations and fan engagement Experience working with premium or global brands Familiarity with procurement and supplier contract negotiation

Salary: From 44,554 DOE (pro rata)


Contract type: Permanent


Contract Hours: 37.5 hours/week


Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays (pro rata)
