Partnerships Programme Administrator

Job Description

The Faculty Partnerships Officer's role is to facilitate strong and productive relationships between the university of Greenwich and its international and UK partnerships. The role will be to assist with all areas of programme administration and support a portfolio of partnerships. The role holder will work directly with the academic team and our overseas partners to ensure a great student experience and provide a high standard of administrative support.



The main responsibility covers specifics such as student grade entry, preparation for award boards, record management and maintaining strong relationships with international partners.



In addition, the Faculty Partnerships Officer will need to act proactively both in general attitude and creating solutions to ensure smooth running of existing systems. The role holder should have good customer service skills and a positive approach to problem solving.
