Description



We're looking for a Partnerships Specialist to take ownership of our existing strategic partnerships and drive their ongoing growth and success. As an individual contributor, you'll focus on developing, scaling, and optimizing partnerships to deliver the best possible value for both our business and our partners across the EMEA market.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, improve performance, and ensure our partnerships are fully aligned with business priorities. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate partnership potential into measurable impact.

Guide partners to evolve and innovate in line with business goals.



Collaborate across teams to showcase partner capabilities and integrate them effectively into business strategies.



Track and report on partnership performance, driving accountability and measurable results



Manage the day-to-day interactions with the partner, specifically in the EMEA region



Help the business development teams with onboarding of new partners into the Apple Partner Program



Understand the technical and operational requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal teams to support execution and troubleshooting



Collect partner and overall market feedback to guide Apple Ads strategy across domains




Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, successful initiatives and roadblocks



Initiate and lead exploratory communications to drive new business opportunities and product growth initiatives with these partners, working with product, partner management, legal, integrations, and other cross-functional stakeholders as required



Develop an understanding of products to inform and influence partner roadmaps in collaborations of our technical teams and help with identifying mutually beneficial opportunities that can help with product development




Analyze data and provide data-driven insights to improve our partnership opportunity



Manage partnerships to deliver results, and build long-term partner relationships



Work with finance and analytics team to reconcile incentives



Represent the Channel Partnerships team in external and internal meetings , some travel in the region maybe required



Preferred Qualifications



Ideally, the preferred candidate will have key industry experience across any or all of the following; advertising sales, digital media planning, account management, business development, publisher services and/or ad network services



Minimum Qualifications



Must have Advertising partner manager/ account management experience



Prior experience in partnerships orgs will be a plus



Strong relationship building and diplomatic communication skills



Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Must be detail oriented and have exceptional organisational skills



Proactive self-starter with a professional, positive demeanour



Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and a solutions-oriented focus



Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment



High level of technology experience, with an understanding of the latest advertising technology
