You will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions to improve system performance. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with clients, product, sales, and engineering, serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. You'll also be expected to break down complex concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical partners. In addition, you will provide data-driven insights and analysis to address systemic issues and enhance operational efficiency. Handling challenging priorities effectively will be important, as you ensure timely resolution of critical issues in a fast-paced environment.
