Job Description
Ingram Motoring Group is a well established, family owned and operated motoring group that has taken great pride in serving new and returning customers throughout Ayrshire and beyond for 50 years.
We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor, to expand our team of dedicated Parts experts, at our Ayr Skoda/SEAT dealership.

About the Role:
Manage parts enquiries and orders efficiently. Deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, meeting a variety of customer demands. Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts delivery for workshop service and repair requirements. Maintain accurate records for sales and order processing, and inventory management, with excellent attention to detail.
About You:
At least 2 years previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry. Comprehensive knowledge of different vehicle parts to ensure correct advice and supply. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, with the capability to prioritize task and workflow efficiently. Proven track record of helping to achieve parts sales objectives.
