We are an established, family-run Independent Motor Factor, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Parts Advisor

to join our growing team.

About the Role:

We are looking for candidates with prior experience as a Parts Advisor or similar roles in the motor trade. A strong understanding of cars is essential, and while experience with MAM software is advantageous, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Work independently and as part of a team Provide excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face Identify and dispatch correct parts to internal and external customers Liaise with colleagues to exceed customer expectations
Key Tasks:

Handling customer queries and orders at the front counter Answering inbound calls and serving retail and trade customers Building long-term relationships with local customers Actively promoting offers and customer incentives Accurately picking and packing parts for delivery or collection Processing customer orders in the MAM system Handling payments, both in person and over the phone Managing customer returns for collection and/or processing
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
