We are a well-established, family-run business experiencing exciting growth and are looking for a dedicated

Parts Advisor

to join our expanding team. Based in Waltham Abbey, we specialise in supplying high-quality parts and are now looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent customer service and precision in product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full parts process from customer orders through to delivery. Sourcing and recommending the appropriate parts to meet customer requirements. Ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery. Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Handling a wide range of customer queries, from parts availability to technical advice. Day-to-day administrative tasks related to inventory and orders, with flexibility to adapt to your strengths.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a parts advisor role, ideally within the automotive or HGV sector. Strong understanding of car parts, with preference for those with knowledge of HGV parts. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to adapt to varying responsibilities within a busy environment. Self-motivated and a good team player. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
