As our new Parts Advisor, you will:
Be the first point of contact for customers, offering quotes, order support and technical advice Manage warranty claims, returns and complaints professionally Oversee stock control for both in-house operations and field engineers Provide technical product knowledge to ensure customer needs are met quickly and effectively
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience with parts, stock or technical products (ideal but not essential) Possesses strong customer service skills and a professional manner Is a proactive self-starter, motivated to learn and grow Lives within a commutable distance to Buckingham
