The company has built up a good rapport with these suppliers over time, enabling them to offer good discounts and sound advice to their customers about their specific needs.

Role Description -

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bury St Edmunds for the position of Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for providing customer service and sales, support on parts, accessories, and merchandise for the Land Rover brand. The Parts Advisor will also work closely with service and repair departments, researching and ordering parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance, and maintaining accurate inventory records

Qualifications -

High School Diploma or equivalent, and/or successful completion of a vocational/technical school program in a related field Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on rapport-building, active listening, and problem-solving Prior experience in automotive parts sales, inventory management, or related field preferred Understanding of automotive systems and component parts, as well as common terminology Ability to utilize computer-based inventory and ordering systems, and familiarity with Land Rover parts catalogues Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, depending on the business needs.

Working Hours -

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch). Every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00

Salary -

From 30,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonuses
