Job Description

Ensure that parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department technicians.. Responsible for maintaining stock levels, ordering parts as they are required, and ensuring all parts ordered are delivered and are correct.

Attendance of brand specific training courses internal (e-learning) and external may be required.

• Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 8.30pm to 5.30pm and rotational Saturdays 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 12.30pm.
• OTE up to \xc2\xa328,500

Key responsibilities

• Using Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system.
• Identifying parts required for vehicles.
• Picking parts.
• Communicating with our Service department.
• Invoicing.
• Stock Management.

Experience preferred although training can be provided.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
• Basic computer understanding of excel and word.
• Work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach.
• A flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa328,500.00 per year
