Parts Advisor - Letchworth
Salary: \xc2\xa324,000 - \xc2\xa329,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Alternate Saturdays 8am - 12.30

Our client, an established multi franchise motor group are searching for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their success and dynamic parts department at their Letchworth location.

The Parts advisor role is a crucial element within our clients dealership. They monitor stock levels and ensure all the correct parts are ready for the workshop. The role liaises with customers and the workshop delivering excellent customer service so clear communication is a must.

Role Responsibilities
First point of contact for all customer parts enquiries
Deal with orders from the workshop
Prepare invoices and input parts orders
Create delivery notes and other process documentation
Support online parts sales when required
Check all stock, in or out of the business.
Inspect for damage and check packaging ready for transportation

Excellent Communication - in person and over the phone
Previous Parts department experience is essential
Flexible working attitude
Hard working outlook
Team player
UK Driving Licence an advantage
