Location: Portadown premises

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm

THE ROLE



As a Parts Advisor, you will provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.

The role involves:-

Selling parts to internal & external customers to achieve to the agreed targets Optimising sales opportunities Order taking via the telephone, email and face to face Order picking Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking Systematically arranging the parts in the stock room Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for service workshop team Delivering parts to our trade customers

THE PERSON



The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a valid clean driving licence as you may on occasions be required to deliver parts to our customers.

Preference will be given to applicants with 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry. We may however consider applicants with previous customer facing experience from other industries who have knowledge / an interest in vehicle layout, function and location of required parts for service and common repairs. Preference will be given to those applicants with a valid fork lift licence.
