Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong organisational skills, and have excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their parts inquiries- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery to customers- Handle customer queries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy- Utilise Excel to track and manage parts inventory effectively. Qualifications:- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills- Strong organisational skills to manage parts inventory efficiently- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is desirable.
