Job Description

Ecopart is a family run and owned car dismantling and recycling business based at Nutts Corner Co. Antrim. Due to continued expansion we now require a parts sales advisor

Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Process parts orders and handle returns or exchanges
- Keep the parts department clean and organized

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive part needs. Your strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of the parts department. If you have excellent phone etiquette, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications/experience

Hours will be 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday*
Must have relevant experience in similar role*
Good knowledge of modern vehicles*
Good IT skills is essential*
Relevant training will be provided*
