We are currently looking to add to our Aftersales team at our Kia Motors store in Dunfermline.

Main Purpose of Job

To receive customer enquiries and determine the customer's needs, encouraging both the purchase of parts and fitment by the Service Department Where necessary, to book a pre-diagnostic appointment to identify the part that may be required (retail or warranty customer) To take trade customer telephone enquiries and determine replacement parts requirement To maintain an accurate and efficient schedule of parts availability and associated flow of paperwork, consistent with departmental procedures, in particular the administration of payment systems To pre-pick all workshop parts prior to the customers' appointment and inform the Service Department if the part is not available for the booking and offer the date the part will come into stock To deliver parts to trade customers in a company van, ensuring timely and professional service To ensure all customers are handled with "Family-like Care" To ensure a safe working environment for employees by complying with statutory legislation and the Government's Health and Safety policy. To report immediately any non-conformance to the appropriate Senior Manager To adhere to agreed staff development plans and undertaking manufacturer training and eLearning modules to achieve required certification levels
What we will do & what we are looking for

You will be assisted with inter-group and manufacturer training We expect you to work on your own initiative but also collectively as part of the dealership team. Reliable and trustworthy Computer Literate Good organisational skills A current UK Driving License Employee Car Scheme Colleague Referral Bonus - 750 by referring a friend or family to work at F&T Vehicle Introduction Bonus - 100 by referring a friend or family member to purchase a car from any of our stores PC Literate F&T Inter group and Kia manufacturer training.
