Parts Advisor - Chiltern Dealership in Dunstable

Working within Renault Trucks you will be part of a team developing and sustaining superior performance in parts with face to face customer liaison

Mon-Fri 44 hours. Mon-Thursday - two-week rotation 06.00 - 16.00 and 0800 - 18.00

and Friday's will finish 1 hour earlier on each shift pattern with alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and a half - moving to 1 in 3

Paying 35,000

DOE

and a full UK driving licence is required

Core Responsibilities:

Front of House counter sales and dealing with customer parts queries Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification. Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt. Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system. Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point. Ensure the Dealer point works to the criteria laid down in the Company Health and Safety policy. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when must be worn.

Required Competencies:

Vehicle (preferably HGV) Parts experience Dealership experience (preferable) To be able to develop or work in developing new or enhancing existing processes To be able to competently use desktop PC and associated software & systems
