Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 17:00 plus 1 Saturday a month 08:00-14:00

About the Role



We're seeking a proactive and organised Aftermarket Parts Advisor & Fleet Coordinator to join our growing team.

This dual role offers a varied and rewarding workload -- combining technical parts support with the coordination of our vehicle fleet.

You'll be responsible for sourcing and supplying aftermarket parts and accessories, supporting both internal departments and external customers. Alongside this, you'll coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs, and compliance, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy, cost-effective, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Parts Advisor Duties:

Identify, source, and supply aftermarket parts and accessories for a wide range of vehicles.

Respond to customer and internal department enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Prepare quotes, process orders and invoices accurately using the internal system.

Provide technical product knowledge and advice to customers and colleagues.

Fleet Coordinator Duties:



Manage the scheduling of vehicle servicing, MOTs, inspections, and repairs.

Liaise with workshops, suppliers, and drivers to minimise downtime.

Maintain accurate fleet records, including maintenance history, insurance, and compliance documentation.

Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and costs to identify efficiencies.

Support the management team with fleet reports and performance updates.

Ensure all vehicles meet company and legal safety standards.

Skills & Experience Required



Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, Fleet Coordinator, or similar automotive role is preffered.

Strong knowledge of vehicle components and aftermarket parts.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

Confident IT skills and experience with parts catalogues, stock, or fleet management systems.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Keen attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,863.00-32,000.00 per year
