Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers at our Gaerwen depot. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised.
Duties:- Role involves sales of parts in shop area, telephone and on-line, general day to day work in stores department together with allocating parts for service department.
Assist customers in selecting the right parts. Process orders and handle returns efficiently
Qualifications:- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Must Be Computer Literate and be able to work as part of a team.
Welsh speaking preferred.
Relevant Experience an advantage.
