The Role

We are looking for a dedicated

Parts Advisor

to join our small, dynamic team. Reporting to the

Parts Manager

, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need them.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate parts sales

to maintain seamless availability for customers and Technicians.

Engage with customers

both in person and over the phone, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Work closely with the team

to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Serve parts

to in-house and retail customers.

Manage stock deliveries and collections

, including some lifting and carrying.

Understand customer needs

and provide tailored product/service recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

Motor parts experience

is essential. Strong

time management and prioritisation

skills. Ability to stay

in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Keen

Key Information:

Working Pattern: 40 hours a week Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm at 1.5x OT
