The Role

Due to continued business expansion Taylor's Service Centres are looking for an additional experienced Parts Person to join our team,

Working within our busy Parts department the successful candidate will be responsible for covering the parts desk, answering inquiries both face to face and by telephone, daily collation and distribution of parts to all technicians (x24), using part catalogue systems, stock control plus general day to day administration duties.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will;

Ideally have at least 18 months previous experience of working within an Automotive Parts Department Be reliable, conscientious and be able to work on their own initiative Have a flexible approach to work. Strong customer service skills Team Player Have a full UK driving license.
Salary: Dependent on experience + bonus + overtime.

Hours of Work: 42 hours per week, Mon-Fri only.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved Greet customers and visitors courteously, professionally and in a timely manner Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives Remain professional, calm and positive at all times Assess own performance and effectiveness and undertake professional development activities

Taylor's Service Centres is a family run business with over 35 years experience in the vehicle service, maintenance and repair industry and is based in Great Dunmow, Essex. We are an Accredited and Approved Service Centre for Jaguar Range Rover and Renault as well as offering specialist knowledge and parts for premium brand vehicles including BMW, Audi, VW and Mercedes.
