Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch break and alternate Saturdays 8am to 12.30pm.

About the role:

The role involves understanding our workshop and trade customers', providing quotes and availability of stock and accessories vie email, telephone face to face and electronic VHC System, through to ordering parts, monitoring and maintaining stock levels, and completing any relevant admin and claims processes.

Key job areas of the Parts Advisor role:

Provide customer service in the way of quotes of prices and availability of parts stock and accessories, as well as guiding them towards the product that best suits their needs. Encourage sale of genuine parts and accessories where possible. Maintain stock levels. Liaise with sales, service and workshop teams to order parts for workshop jobs. Work as part of the dealership team and assist other departments when required.

What we're looking for in a Parts Advisor:

Previous experience in automotive parts is preferrable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and deliver a personalised customer experience. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach. Comfortable using digital tools and systems. Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
