Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring that they receive the correct components in a timely manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring availability for customer requests. Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Utilise phone etiquette to handle inquiries and orders professionally. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, providing expert advice on parts selection. Process orders efficiently using Excel and other software tools to track inventory and sales. Organise the parts department to ensure a clean and efficient working environment. Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on new products and industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a parts advisory or similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous for inventory management and reporting purposes. A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and inventory management.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,500.00 per year
