As one of our sales advisors, you are the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers looking to buy green/salvage vehicle parts. With a good eye for detail, and great questioning skills, you will be matching car parts and advising customers with best options.
You will be responsible for case management and problem solving, always supporting the customer, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Play a key role in growing sales and driving profitability, selling vehicle parts, and working to achieve and exceed targets.
Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Adhering to ISO Standards.
Receiving inbound and outbound calls from customers.
Face to face serving customers at our sales/collections counter.
Respond to customer enquiries via email, online chats.
Generate quotations as requested.
Process orders received and action payments.
Answering online enquiries.
Raising invoices and issuing receipts.
Experience & Essential Qualities:
Previous customer service experience mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via all mediums.
Active listener.
Administration, numeracy, and IT skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to effectively organise, prioritise workload, and to achieve internal and external deadlines.
Technical knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Adaptable to continuous improvement in processes and system.
Remuneration
Salary: 12.21/Hour - Starting Wage (D.O.E)
Working Hours: 40 per week 8am - 5pm.
