We're looking for a Parts Advisor to be a vital part of our team, delivering a first-class service to customers and colleagues alike. Whether you're helping a large farming business, a workshop technician, or someone popping in for a toy tractor - you'll bring the same high standards of care and attention every time.

What you'll be doing:

Providing knowledgeable, friendly service across the counter, over the phone and online. Supporting our technicians with the parts they need to keep machines moving. Managing stock and keeping our displays looking sharp and shop-ready. Helping customers identify what they need - and going the extra mile to find it. Playing your part in maintaining tidy, accurate, and efficient parts operations.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a parts or agricultural machinery environment. Great customer service skills - you know how to listen and you genuinely care. Comfortable using systems and online platforms to manage stock and orders. A clean driving licence and willingness to be flexible with working hours.
