Job Description

Due to the continued development of our Aftersales business, we require an Parts Advisor to join our busy Team.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Processing/Costing of Retail, Internal & Warranty work Inbound and Outbound calling Pre Pic for w/shop service & repairs Processing purchase invoices Processing & filing of paper work Providing cover when required to parts desk operations Ensuring that our customers receive an excellent aftersales experience
Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in a parts advisor/store role Working experience with Electronic Parts Catalogue & Dealer Management System (not essential as training can be provided) Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30 (15min break, 45min lunch)
NO SATURDAYS
