We have an exciting opportunity for

Parts Advisors

to join our Parts team at both our

Norwich Cromer Road

and

Norwich Hall Road branches

. You will be selecting parts from the manufacturer's Electronic Parts Catalogues and issuing these parts to the Technicians within the Workshop to fulfil the requirements of the service or repair. You will also serve customers that come into the branch for any Parts needs.
You will need to be confident and accurate and be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. Although previous experience with Parts Catalogues and working in a busy workshop environment is preferable, full training and support will be provided.
We are looking for the following...Experience providing exceptional customer service Previous experience of working with Vauxhall/PSA products Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone Passion and drive for exceeding targets Competence in Microsoft packages

In return we offer a competitive salary + bonus. OTE 34,600.00

Salary

OTE 34,600.00

Hours

47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm, alternate Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm
