What You'll Do

Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external parts enquiries Pick, prepare, and distribute parts efficiently to support workshop operations Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand professionally Build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and manufacturer partners Maintain accurate stock records and follow company processes for parts handling

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a parts advisor role (main dealer or aftermarket) Familiarity with CDK systems and EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) is an advantage Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems Clear communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset A flexible and proactive approach to your day-to-day work A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
